These are the Terms and Conditions for renting apartments through ADRESA. 


You may book an apartment using your choice of method – in our office, by phone, by email, or via the website. If the apartment you select is occupied on your choice of dates we will offer you an alternative at the same price and category. You will receive a prompt confirmation of your reservation.

The minimum rental period is 1 day.

If you place a booking for 1 day only, the company reserves the right to offer a similar apartment to the one you had selected.

If you make an advance booking, you should confirm your reservation 3 days before your arrival, otherwise we may need to cancel your booking. 


Registration takes place at Adresa’s office where you will be required to show photo-ID such as passport or ID card.

You must be 18 years or older to rent an apartment.

Once registered, the client receives the exact address of the apartment, the keys and all necessary additional information such as telephone number, password for internet access, etc.

A deposit of 100.00 MDL has to be paid for the keys to the apartment, which is refunded on departure if the keys are handed back. A receipt for the deposit is not provided. If the keys are not returned, the deposit will not be refunded. 


Check-in time: 14:00; 

Check-out time: 12:00.

If the customer needs a late checkout, this must be notified in advance and the following amounts are payable:

- Checkout prior to 19:00 – Half the daily rate.

- Checkout after 19:00 – the full daily rate.

If an apartment is rented with a very late starting time, a new day is deemed to have started at 5:00 am. 


Prices for apartment rentals are given on the website. For your convenience, prices are quoted in Euros.

Payment is made in Moldovan Lei. The exchange rate is that of the National Bank of Moldova on the day of check-in to the apartment and applies to the full rental period.

Clients who book for 5 days or longer, or who make several bookings, may qualify for discounts, which will be advised on a case by case basis. 


Payment for the accommodation is made at the office of ADRESA at Bd Negruzzi 1, in Chisinau.

Check-out time is 12:00.

Before you can access the apartment, you must pay in advance for at least one night’s stay.

Methods of Payment:

- Cash, in Moldovan Lei

- Credit/Debit Cards: VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard

- Bank transfer.


The number of people staying must correspond to the number of beds. Customers must follow fire safety regulations. Clients must conform to generally accepted standards of behaviour and not cause any disturbance or inconvenience to neighbours.

Crowded and or noisy events are not permitted.

Customers should not leave valuables in the apartment.

Smoking is prohibited in all apartments. Animals are not permitted.

The person renting the apartment is responsible for compliance with these rules and conditions and is also responsible for the safety of the apartment and its property. 


The rental price of the apartment includes the cost of cleaning the apartment once every three days. This includes a change of bed linen and towels. The cleaning will take place between 9:00 and 15:00 and will be at a time agreed with the client in advance.

Additional or more frequent cleaning is possible at an extra cost. 


Transfers can be booked. You would need to inform us about the airline, departure airport, flight number and arrival time.

Our driver would then meet you at the airport, holding a sign saying “ADRESA”. He will take you to our office for registration and then on to your apartment.

You can also book transfers back to the airport.

Transfer Prices:

Airport – Office – Apartment: 10 Euros / car (max 4 people)

Apartment – Airport: 10 Euros / car (max 4 people)


In the case of unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the control of the company that mean that an apartment is not available, the client will be offered another apartment of the same category and at the same price. 


The company guarantees the privacy of the client’s personal data, except for cases covered by legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
